PGT Innovations price target raised to $38 from $32 at Truist

Truist raised the firm’s price target on PGT Innovations to $38 from $32 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The analyst cites yesterday’s Reuters report that the company received a potential takeout offer, adding that while the reported $33 price per share that was rejected would not have been welcomed by shareholders, a revised bid of $36 per share may be “moving into the ballpark” of what investors would like to see for an offer.
