Needham analyst Anna Andreeva lowered the firm’s price target on Petco to $20 from $30 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares ahead of this week’s expected Q3 earnings report. Floating rate debt, still elevated leverage levels, and modest cash flow generation are some of the concerns the analyst is hearing, Andreeva tells investors in a research note.
