Credit Suisse analyst Dan Leonard lowered the firm’s price target on PerkinElmer to $160 from $175 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares following quarterly results. The analyst believes the core growth rate of the new company — post the carve out of the analytical instruments and service business — is closer to high-single-digits than double digits.
