In a letter to shareholders, Paramount Skydance (PSKY) said: “We are conducting a comprehensive strategic review of our assets to ensure continued focus on our three North Star priorities.” The company said it has divested Television Federal in Argentina, and is in the process of divesting Chilevision in Chile. These divestitures will reduce the company’s workforce by approximately 1,600 additional employees, the company said. Paramount Skydance said it is “confident” in achieving at least $3B in run-rate efficiencies.
