Palantir (PLTR) has filed a lawsuit against former employees Radha Jain and Joanna Cohen, alleging they stole confidential data to build a rival AI firm, Percepta, The Wall Street Journal’s Victoria Albert and Heather Somerville report. The lawsuit claims Jain and Cohen violated noncompete agreements and used insider knowledge to benefit Percepta, which is owned by General Catalyst. Palantir alleges Cohen stole highly confidential documents, including a workflow diagram, before her departure in February.
