Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp. (NSWA) is in talks to sell its online real estate business Move Inc. to CoStar Group (CSGP), but any deal would require negotiations with the National Association of Realtors, Patrick Clark and Christopher Palmeri of Bloomberg report, citing people familiar with the talks. Move’s Realtor.com operates under an agreement and trademark license with the group, which is using the potential transaction to demand terms that would make an acquisition unappealing to CoStar or other potential buyers, one of the people told Bloomberg.
