NAPCO Security announces common stock offering for holders, no amount given

NAPCO Security Technologies announced today that its chairman, president and CEO, Richard Soloway, and CFO and executive VP of Operations, Kevin Buchel, intend to offer and sell shares of common stock beneficially owned by them in an underwritten secondary public offering. Needham & Company and William Blair & Company are acting as joint book-runners for the offering.
