Merck announced that its board declared a quarterly dividend of 73c per share of the company’s common stock for Q1 of 2023. Payment will be made on Jan. 9, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec.15, 2022. Merck’s prior dividend was 69c per share.
