LegalZoom price target lowered to $12 from $15 at Barclays

Barclays analyst Mario Lu lowered the firm’s price target on LegalZoom to $12 from $15 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The company’s Q4 results came in above expectations and despite weak a macro environment, 2023 "seems to be opportune" as Legal Zoom looks to continue to take share and transition towards its freemium business model, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
