Koppers Holdings (KOP)’ Board of Directors has approved a 14% increase in the planned quarterly dividend rate for 2025, from 7c to 8c per share of Koppers common stock. A quarterly dividend will be paid on March 24, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of trading on March 7, 2025.
