U.S. Judge Raag Singhal dismissed Donald Trump’s $475M defamation lawsuit against CNN, in which he claimed the network’s description of his election fraud as the ‘big lie’ tied him to Hitler, Reuters’ Joseph Ax reports, citing a Friday ruling. The judge said CNN’s statements were opinion, not fact, and therefore could not be the subject of a defamation claim.
