On March 10, 2023, iRhythm "announced that, in conjunction with its business transformation, Douglas Devine resigned from his position as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. In connection with his resignation, Mr. Devine and the Company have entered into the Consulting Agreement pursuant to which Mr. Devine will assist with the transition of his role and consult for the Company as an executive advisor following his resignation through July 3, 2024."
