Institutional hedge fund manager want more Google job cuts, The Register says

Sir Christopher Hohn,"billionaire hedge fund manager" who runs the TCI fund, and a "major Google investor" wants more job cutting at the company, according to Paul Kunert, writing for for The Register. "Over the last five years, Alphabet has more than doubled its headcount, adding over 100,000 employees, of which over 30,000 were added in the first nine months of 2022 alone," wrote Sir Christopher Hohn, in his most recent letter to Google CEO Pichai, added The Register story.
