DA Davidson analyst Linda Bolton Weiser lowered the firm’s price target on Hasbro to $95 from $113 after below-consensus Q4 pre-announcement but keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Sales in all three segments were below the firm’s estimates, with the biggest shortfall in Consumer Products, which was down 26% vs down 10% expected, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Despite the huge top-line shortfall, Q4 operating margin topped the 15.7% estimate, providing some hope for Hasbro, the firm adds.
