CL King analyst Andrew Wolf tells investors in a research note that while abrupt, the CEO change at Hain Celestial should create long-term value. The analyst, who made no change to the firm’s Buy rating or $25 price target, cites the strong track record of incoming president and CEO Wendy Davidson of growing businesses and reducing complexity, and the benefit of the ongoing participation of outgoing president and CEO Mark Schiller at the board level.
