GV 2021 GP increases GitLab stake by $19M

In a regulatory filing, GitLab disclosed that GV 2021 GP bought 639.2K shares of common stock on March 13th in a total transaction size of $19.0M. Shares of GitLab are up 2.5% afterhours at $34.30.
