Google has invested roughly $300M in Anthropic, an artificial intelligence startup, The Financial Times’ Richard Waters and Kadhim Shubber report. According to three people familiar with the matter, the terms of the deal requires Anthropic to use the money to buy computing resources from the search company’s cloud computing division.
