Lachlan Murdoch, whose family controls the Fox media empire, voiced his support for Fox News Media CEO Suzanne Scott as the company faces a $1.6B defamation suit, Michael Grynbaum of The New York Times reports. "I just think Suzanne Scott has done a tremendous job," Murdoch said, according to the Times. Scott’s future at Fox News has been the focus of recent speculation due to the defamation suit filed by Dominion Voting Systems, which argues Fox News leadership allowed its stars to air falsehoods about rigged voting machines that ruined Dominion’s business. Murdoch’s comments suggest Scott’s position at the company is safe for now. Reference Link
