Deutsche Bank analyst Faiza Alwy initiated coverage of FICO with a Buy rating and $697 price target. The company is leveraged by 90 of the top 100 largest U.S. lenders, "effectively embedded in workflows/processes, and blessed by regulatory bodies, having built trust over the last 30 years," Alwy tells investors in a research note. These are "quintessential characteristics of pricing power," writes the analyst. Alwy adds that FICO’s decision management software business offers strategic optionality.
