TD Cowen analyst Paul Silverstein lowered the firm’s price target on F5 Networks to $170 from $177 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The analyst said the disappointing 2023 outlook, especially for software driven by increased budget scrutiny and more pervasive project delays, drive further reduction in our estimates which drives our reduced price target.
