Ermenegildo Zegna files final prospectus to register securities

Ermenegildo Zegna filed a final prospectus to register securities for shareholders up to 189,902,164 of its ordinary shares. The company notes that this reflects the "customary conversion of the previous registration statement from F1 to form F3." The company stated: "Both registration statements are in compliance with the obligations under the registration rights agreement signed in connection with the closing of the business combination which provides for the registration of the share held by certain shareholders of the company."
