Truist analyst Anthony Hau raised the firm’s price target on Equity Lifestyle to $71 from $67 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The analyst cites lower cost of capital for the target bump with the 10-year treasury at 3.72% today versus 4.2% a month ago.
