Raymond James analyst Stephen Boland upgraded Element Fleet to Strong Buy from Outperform with a price target of C$24, up from C$21. Element Fleet’s annual investor day provided a "welcome" introduction to the broader executive leadership team at the company, and while the discussion was broad, Boland tells investors in a research note that Element has left its past issues in the rear-view mirror and finally looks poised to deliver on its long-term growth objectives.
