JPMorgan analyst Jeremy Tonet downgraded Dominion Energy to Neutral from Overweight with a price target of $76, down from $83. In conjunction with its Q3 earnings last Friday, Dominion launched a top to bottom business review that will focus on value-maximizing strategic business actions, Tonet tells investors in a research note. The analyst says including actions to alleviate customer bill-pressure without definition clouds Dominion’s future outlook. He downgrades the shares pending "more clarity on the parameters and D‘s future outlook."
