Walt Disney (DIS) and streaming platform FuboTV (FUBO) are close to finalizing an agreement to merge their online live TV operations, Michelle Davis, Lucas Shaw and Christopher Palmeri of Bloomberg reported, citing sources familiar with the matter. Under the deal, Disney plans to integrate its Hulu + Live TV service into Fubo, forming a new entity in which Disney would hold a 70% stake, with the remaining 30% owned by Fubo.
