DA Davidson analyst Robert Simmons raised the firm’s price target on Coupa Software to $81 from $50 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares after the company agreed to be acquired by Thoma Bravo. Coupa is offering a differentiated and superior business spend management suite, the analyst tells investors in a research note, adding that this deal is also providing its shareholders with a good exit given the company’s slowing growth.
