Needham analyst Joshua Reilly downgraded Coupa Software to Hold from Buy after the company agreed to be acquired by Thoma Bravo. The transaction should eventually close, and given the challenging macro environment, the deal price appears to be fair relative to precedent transactions, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
