Mizuho analyst Nitin Kumar downgraded Comstock Resources to Neutral from Buy with a price target of $17, down from $21, after assuming coverage of the name. The analyst sees a potentially weaker outlook for natural gas prices until 2025 and says tight oilfield services could also be a headwind for Comstock that detracts from its exploration success. He prefers to wait for a better entry point.
