The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, or CMS, has published its preliminary Clinical Lab Fee Schedule, or CLFS, determinations for new codes. Those include CMS’s disagreement with the advisory panel’s, CDLT, vote to crosswalk to $130 for tests like blood-based pTau-217. Instead CMS recommended a crosswalk to just $17.
