Deutsche Bank analyst George Hill lowered the firm’s price target on Cigna to $348 from $359 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares following its Q4 results. Many of the prevailing winds behind the company are now expected to continue through 2023, the analyst says. In response to these results, the firm trimmed its revenue and EPS estimates on the company to account for modest margin pressure in its core business. The company repurchased $7.6B shares in 2022 and will likely continue using share repurchases to drive EPS growth in 2023, the firm tells investors.
