Barclays analyst Julian Mitchell raised the firm’s price target on Carrier Global to $81 from $79 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The analyst thinks Carrier is the best positioned U.S. heating, ventilation, and air conditioning manufacturer to benefit from global penetration increases of HVAC systems in residential and commercial markets. Further, the buyback relating to Viessmann Climate Solutions share dilution should be complete by late 2025, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
