Carpenter Technology (CRS) announced that Howard Yu has been appointed to the company’s board of directors, effective October 9. Yu brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience in large multinational organizations. Yu is currently the executive VP, CFO for Ball Corp. (BALL).
