Mizuho analyst Haendel St. Juste upgraded Camden Property to Buy from Neutral with a price target of $125, up from $119. After underperforming in 2022, the stock offers one of the better relative risk/reward profiles in the apartment sector for 2023, St. Juste tells investors in a research note. The analyst sees an attractive valuation, easier compares and better funds from operations growth for Camden Property in 2023.
