Morgan Stanley sees Amazon’s push into the fresh grocery market unlocking “durably faster growth” and believes fresh will also likely be profitable and provide EBIT dollar upside with the logistics network built, higher fresh merchandise margins and minimum $25 baskets. The analyst, who keeps an Overweight rating and $300 price target on the shares, also named Amazon as a Top Pick.
