Baird analyst David Rodgers raised the firm’s price target on Alexandria Real Estate to $162 from $151 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The analyst said they delivered an upbeat investor day message highlighting the resiliency of its business and the strength of its tenant base in driving recurring demand.
