Results of Extraordinary General Meeting
The Company hereby gives notification that at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on Friday, 29 July 2022 at 10.00 a.m., both resolutions set out in the notice of meeting were duly passed.
In accordance with listing rule 9.6.2 a copy of the resolutions passed as special business will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be made available for inspection at:

The details of both resolutions passed are as follows:
SPECIAL BUSINESS – ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT:
1. Mrs Nathalie Esposito be appointed as a director of the Company with immediate effect. (9,075,307 votes cast, 7,529,071 in favour, 1,546,236 against and none withheld).
2. Mr Erich Bonnet be appointed as a director of the Company with immediate effect. (9,074,179 votes cast, 7,300,822 in favour, 1,773,357 against and 1,128 withheld).
