Dividends can provide an attractive stream of income. However, it can be difficult to calculate how much you can expect to earn in dividend payments.
The TipRanks dividend calculator offers an easy way to calculate projected income, including for dividends that are reinvested. Here’s how it works. Scroll down to read more.
How to Find the Dividend Calculator
You can reach the dividend calculator from the TipRanks menu. Go to Research Tools, Tools, Dividend Calculator.
Update the Calculator
Use the search bar to look for stocks that you want to calculate dividends for. Once you have entered a stock, relevant fields will fill automatically. If you don’t have a particular stock in mind, you can search for dividend-paying stocks on our High Dividend Stock Comparison, Stock Screener, or Dividend Calendar.
You can adjust any of the fields, including DRIP (Dividend Reinvestment Plan), automatically reinvested dividends.
If you don’t have a particular stock in mind, you can do the calculations based on whichever share price, holding period, dividend yield, etc. you wish to calculate.
