Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC has announced the appointment of Sian Hansen as an independent, non-executive Director, effective from 1 October 2024. Bringing extensive experience from her previous roles, including as COO at CT Group and Director at various financial institutions, Hansen’s expertise is expected to greatly benefit the company’s board. Shareholders will have the opportunity to elect Hansen at the Annual General Meeting in July 2025.
