Victory Goldfields Limited (AU:VTM) has released an update.

Victory Goldfields Limited has issued a final director’s interest notice following the departure of director Trevor Matthews, who ceased to be a director on July 30, 2024. The notice reveals that Matthews holds 860,374 ordinary shares, over 1.5 million incentive options across three tranches, 511,112 performance shares, and 1,000,000 performance rights through related entities, as well as 1,221,362 ordinary shares in his superannuation fund.
