Saga Pure ASA (DE:SAT) has released an update.
Tycoon Industrier AS, linked to board member Øystein Stray Spetalen and Martin Nes, has acquired 12,515,768 shares of Saga Pure ASA at a price of NOK 1.30 per share. Following the transaction, Tycoon Industrier’s stake in the company has increased to 42,583,181 shares. The purchase was carried out on the Oslo Stock Exchange on September 5th.
