Toronto-Dominion Bank Issues USD 2.5B Covered Bonds

Toronto Dominion Bank (TSE:TD) has released an update.

The Toronto-Dominion Bank has successfully issued USD 2.5 billion in 4.814% Covered Bonds, maturing in 2027, under its extensive CAD 100 billion Global Legislative Covered Bond Programme. These Series CBL74 Covered Bonds, backed by a solid guarantee, are part of a well-detailed offering available through the Final Terms and Prospectus documents. The bonds, targeted at professional investors and not available to retail in the EEA or UK, mark a significant move in the bank’s funding and treasury management strategy.
