TOMO Holdings Limited has appointed Mr. Lu Yongde as the new executive Director and chairman of the Board, effective from 22 July 2024. Mr. Lu brings over three decades of experience across various industries, including construction, e-commerce, and health, and was previously the chairman at ACR Asian Capital Resources. He also holds a substantial shareholding in the company, and his directorship agreement includes a three-year term with a remuneration plan to be determined by the Board.
