Tetragon Financial Group has announced a dividend of $0.11 per share for Q2 2024, with an ex-dividend date of August 5 and payment starting August 30. Shareholders have the option to receive dividends in Tetragon shares or in Sterling, with elections for either option closing on August 16. The share conversion is set at one share per 89.50 dividend rights, based on a reference price of $9.84.
