Synlait Milk Ltd. has announced a Special Meeting for shareholders on September 18, 2024, where they will vote on key resolutions, including share issuances to Bright Dairy Holding Ltd. and The a2 Milk Company Ltd., which are interdependent and subject to voting restrictions. Shareholders unable to attend can appoint a proxy or corporate representative to vote on their behalf, with the option to do so online and the need to submit their proxy forms by September 16, 2024.
