Stellantis N.V. has actively pursued its 2024 Share Buyback Program, repurchasing 10,234,319 common shares at an average price of €14.6426 each, amounting to a total spend of €149,856,750, as part of a larger initiative to buy back €1 billion worth of shares by November 29, 2024. The company now holds 112,798,709 common shares, representing 2.88% of the total issued share capital.
