Starbreeze AB ( ($SE:STAR.B) ) has shared an update.
Starbreeze AB has reported a minor shift in its share structure following shareholder‑initiated conversions of series A shares into series B shares, in line with its long‑term goal of having only B shares outstanding. During October, 7,080 series A shares were converted into an equal number of series B shares, leaving the company with 142,119,706 A shares and 1,482,318,538 B shares, and reducing total voting rights to 2,903,515,598 without changing shareholders’ economic ownership.
The change underscores Starbreeze’s ongoing move toward a more streamlined capital structure, which can simplify governance and improve share liquidity for investors over time. As voting power becomes increasingly concentrated in the more widely traded B shares, the company’s equity may become more accessible to a broader base of market participants while leaving existing capital interests intact.
