Star Plus Legend Holdings Limited has announced a new Framework Agreement with JVR Music, effective from October 8, 2024, to December 31, 2026, to share licensing fees from third parties using the ChouChou IP rights. This agreement is classified as a continuing connected transaction as JVR Music has a significant equity interest held by a connected person of the company and is subject to reporting and annual review but not shareholder approval.
