Sirius Real Estate Limited has awarded nil-cost options to three UK-based senior managers as part of its 2021 Senior Share Incentive Plan, with performance conditions set over three years. These options will go through a holding period and a restricted dealing period following the performance assessment. This strategic move aligns managerial incentives with the company’s long-term performance and shareholder interests.
