Select Harvests Sees Shift in Substantial Holdings

Select Harvests (AU:SHV) has released an update.

Select Harvests Limited has announced that Yarra Capital Management and its associated entities have ceased to be substantial holders in the company as of September 26, 2024. This change occurred without any trading activities and was due to a variation in the company’s Shares On Issue. The group, including entities such as Yarra Funds Management and AA Australia Finco, had previously notified of their substantial holding in March earlier that year.
