Schroders (GB:SDR) has released an update.
Schroders PLC has announced internal share transfers within the principal shareholder group, which did not affect the overall shareholding structure. The late Bruno Schroder’s trust transferred over 27 million shares to his widow, Suzanne Schroder, and appointed new trustees for the trust. These changes, conducted outside a trading venue, were reported in compliance with the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
